Have you ever considered training your subconscious to love focus? I know it sounds a little strange, but a few simple questions can work wonders if you’ve been struggling with how to focus as a multi-passionate.


You’ve got a ton of ideas, the desire to share your gifts with the world, and the talent to pull it off. However, without a healthy relationship with focus, it can feel like your ideas may never become a reality. Right? Don’t worry, I’ve totally been there!

By training your subconscious to love focus, you’ll create a sense of inner calm that allows you to gain momentum and follow through on your ideas without the resistance that often comes from being told to “choose one thing.”

In this article, I’m going to show you how you can begin to train your subconscious mind to actually LOVE the idea of focus (instead of pushing against it) with 5 simple questions.

Some examples of answers to this question could be that your personal wellbeing will be enhanced once you find focus by experiencing: Increased self-esteem, confidence in your ability to follow through, finding easier ways to do things, and creating more time for relaxation and play as a result.

An example of one area in your life where you find it easy to focus and the result could be: I find it easy to focus when I’m cooking in a clean kitchen. I can just zone out, relax, and enjoy preparing the food. The result is being able to feed me and my loved ones food that’s nourishing and delicious AF.
